PCNS Labnotes May 2008
This is an old demo on using Windows NT Backup on Windows XP. This shows you how to backup your C: drive to a folder on your C: Drive. The preferred method is to backup to another hard drive, such as a USB Hard Drive. However, if you are mobile (with a Notebook PC) sometimes this is not always possible. If you do purchase a USB hard drive for use with NT Backup, your USB Hard Drive partition should be NTFS. Call PCNS for assistance if you need help.
If NT Backup does not appear to load and you have Windows XP Home Edition, you will have to
install NT Backup from your Windows XP Home Edition Operating System CD.
